Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account and submit a return or cancellation request through your orders page: https://shopify.com/101259182406/account
Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods without undue delay. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items, including the cost of standard outbound delivery. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.
Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once opened
- Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
